T5DE's website, t5de.dev: what T5DE is, the download (the latest release of
t5de, with its checksum), the changelog and a FAQ. Releases come from git.t5de.dev's
API and are refreshed every 5 minutes. The account side is the hub (t5de-hub, hub.t5de.dev); this site shares its
look (Next.js 16, Tailwind 4, shadcn/ui).

bun run dev # http://localhost:4200
bun run check-types, bun run build. The image (Dockerfile) serves on port 4200; CI pushes it to
git.t5de.dev/t5de/t5de-site and Komodo deploys it: main to staging, release tags to t5de.dev.
